University of Victoria:   The University of Victoria is a research and teaching university located in Victoria, BC, Canada.   The high-energy research computing and the systems groups are involved in this project.   The high-energy physics group is involved in a number of particle physics experiments, such as BaBar at SLAC and ATLAS at CERN. The group is actively involved in research in cloud computing and high speed networks for particle physics.  The University Systems group is responsible for academic and research computing on the campus.   The group manages an ATLAS Tier 2 facility at the University of Victoria.
